Job summary

Liebi is seeking a Clerk: Operational Procurement in Oey-Diemtigen, Switzerland. This 80–100% role links suppliers, production, PPS/MRP, and internal teams to plan and procure components.

You maintain ERP master data (Abacus), handle delivery notes and accounts payable, support PPS/MRP, and assist with pricing, inventory, and quarterly closings. A completed commercial or technical vocational training is required.

Qualifications

• Abacus ERP experience is preferred.
• Commercial or technical vocational training completed.
• Solid MS Office knowledge.
• Structured, independent and reliable work style.
• Initiative and sense of responsibility.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of collaboration.

Responsibilities

• You are the hub between suppliers, production, PPS/MRP, and our internal teams.
• You plan and procure components and production materials.
• You organize deliveries and transports.
• You maintain master data in the ERP system (Abacus), process delivery notes and accounts payable.
• You support in PPS/MRP.
• You calculate and verify sales prices, assist with inventory and quarterly closings.
• You take over the deputy role of the team leader if necessary.
