Job summary

TotalEnergies Group seeks a Procurement Analyst Intern to support strategic sourcing and data-driven procurement in a fast-moving, global trading environment. You will work on structuring, analysing and improving complex operational problems, coordinating with Finance, Operations, Trading Desks, IT and Legal.

The role offers hands-on exposure to real-life commodity trading operations, supplier management, and development of automated solutions while upholding HSE standards and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or quantitative disciplines (EPFL/Centrale/Mines encouraged).
• Strong analytical and problem-structuring mindset; think in systems and data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, structure and interpret procurement datasets to support fast, fact-based decisions.
• Support preparation and execution of RFPs and tenders with stakeholders and data consolidation.
• Analyse supplier proposals to optimise value creation and challenge market practices.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure data consistency across tools.
• Oversee onboarding to align with HSE, contracts and pricing structures.
