VAT Group in Haag, Switzerland, is seeking a Process Engineer for the PCE Machining team. You act as the central interface between production, team leaders and management to analyse and optimise production processes, drive lean and digitalisation, and ensure efficient, sustainable workflows.

You will develop and implement production processes, define new equipment, lead projects, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve challenges and share knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Completed basic training as a polymechanic or comparable qualification.
• Independent, solution- and goal-oriented working style.
• Experience in an industrial production environment with good understanding of production processes.
• Good communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking and teamwork.
• Innovative spirit, pragmatic hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for process engineering challenges.
• German and English spoken and written.
• Lean Six Sigma training advantageous.
• Good MS Office skills; MS PowerBI advantageous.

Purpose of the Role

As a Process Engineer in the "PCE Machining" team, you are the central interface between production, team leaders and management. You support manufacturing by analysing and optimising production processes. Additionally, you drive lean and digitalisation initiatives and ensure that production workflows operate efficiently, sustainably and without disruption.
