Job Description

A private family based in Riyadh is searching for a private physician, UK & European-trained, to lead primary care, and confidentiality is assumed. The private physician travels with the family: when they leave Riyadh for the Alps, primary care continues without a break, and you decide how it is delivered. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, with autonomous decision-making defined on paper. Requirements Applicants must be registered family medicine physicians (GPs) from the UK or European systems, confirmed by the issuing body. We look for 3 years of post-registration practice at minimum, enough to carry your own judgement. The family has asked for UK & European-trained private physicians exclusively, as the foundation for sole charge. Clear English is required at every level of the role; so is absolute confidentiality, enforced by NDA. Verification comes first: licence, qualification and referees are all confirmed by us, so the family meets only a private physician we have vetted. Benefits The post pays £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, entirely gross, agreed in writing with the family. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within its residence in Riyadh, an arrangement that supports autonomous decision-making. You receive generous leave and regular flights home, both provided by the family, which keeps a long-term private physician post sustainable. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, with unsupervised responsibility defined on paper. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
