Candidates for this private nurse position come from UK or European training programmes, and it is verified at source.
Discretion about the family is non-negotiable, and we test this before an introduction is made.

It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
The private nurse lives within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status.
Leave is built into the private nurse appointment, with leave agreed at the outset in your contract.
The family signs with you directly, once the family has met you.
Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.
Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
