Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners AG in Zürich is seeking a Student Support to join the Private Markets Transaction Tax and Tax Structuring team. The role is designed as a full-time position during semester breaks, with flexibility for three days per week during studies and a minimum commitment of two years.

You will assist in coordinating tax workstreams, improving processes, and handling documentation for investments across private equity, infrastructure, and private credit.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Bachelor or beginning of master's degree in Law or related Tax subject.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills, including experience in an English-speaking environment.
• Strong interest in enhancing financial acumen and widening knowledge of tax risk management in private markets.
• Good organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with coordination of tax workstreams for private equity, infrastructure, private credit and other investment transactions.
• Support process-improvement initiatives and digital tools within the team.
• Assist with team inbox management and coordinating incoming requests.
• Assist with collection, organization and filing of tax, legal and transaction-related documents.
• Review investment subscription and onboarding documentation for completeness and consistency.
• Prepare document packages and support signing and execution processes for investments.
• Maintain transaction trackers, internal databases and reporting tools.
• Organize and compare documents from fund managers, service providers and advisers.
• Assist in preparing presentations, status updates and internal meeting materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel and tax advisors on administrative tasks.
