Job summary

SDI Human Resources GmbH is seeking a private chef in Gstaad to manage daily changing menus for a family. You will independently source groceries and maintain kitchen cleanliness and food storage hygiene, with occasional travel to other homes for weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily changing menu for the family
• Independent purchasing of groceries
• Complete responsibility for the cleanliness of the kitchen and hygienic food storage
• Traveling with the family to other homes for a few weeks each year
• Cooking for other employees as well
• Driving time to time the principals and family

Requirements

• Exceptionally discreet, reliable, trustworthy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Flexible when the family is on site
• Fluent in English
• Experience as a private chef
• Ability to cook healthy Mediterranean and European dishes
• Experience in sourcing and ordering fresh produce
• Treat kitchen equipment as your own and are very conscientious about cleaning and hygiene
