Julius Baer is seeking an Account Manager Private Banking (AM PB) to take ownership of client account administration, documentation and daily operations. The AM PB supports RMs, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and ensures high-quality service for a growing client base.

The role requires strong organizational skills, English and Turkish language proficiency, and a proactive, client-centric approach in a private banking environment.

Qualifications

• Maintains high-quality client relationship documentation.
• Manages account administration and onboarding forms.
• Supports RMs with meetings, compliance and client requests.
• Keeps CRM data accurate and up to date.
• Delivers professional client service and timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead client documentation and account administration tasks.
• Support RMs in client meetings and proposal drafting.
• Prepare reports, presentations and investment materials for clients.
• Coordinate internal processes and escalation when needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank standards.
