• Perform manufacturing operations of components in accordance with quality, time and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and execute preventive maintenance routines.
• Assist in the installation of complex systems and conduct equipment inspections with guidance.
• Operate complex machinery, adjusting various parameters to achieve optimal quality and productivity outcomes; generate solutions to recurring inefficiencies.
• Provide operational support by performing routine activities using established systems and protocols.
• Adhere to HSE policies and procedures to identify and mitigate risks for safety of all.
• Conduct complex analyses, quality tests, and inspections requiring independent judgment.
• Develop and maintain technical skills through assessment, development planning activities and coaching.
• Organize work schedules to complete tasks efficiently, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others.
• Use internal communications system to access information.
• Develop knowledge of policies and procedures and regulatory codes; obtain supervisor authorization for deviations.
