You will drive production performance, industrialization of new references, and quality consistency while supervising a small technical team and ensuring adherence to strict procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Technical vocational qualification or equivalent manufacturing education.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in precision manufacturing or a comparable industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with specialized production or material-application processes on high-precision components, especially SuperLumiNova.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, process control, and production quality.
• Experience coordinating production priorities, resources, tooling, and materials.
• Experience supervising or technically leading production employees. Strong practical troubleshooting and process-improvement capabilities.
• Fluent French.

We are looking for an experienced Production Unit Manager to oversee a specialized manufacturing activity, combining technical expertise, production management, process improvement, and team supervision. The role will be responsible for production performance, industrialization of new references, quality consistency, and first-level technical problem solving.

CONTRACT: Permanent

LOCATIONS: On-site, Neuchâtel canton, Switzerland

NOTES: Fluent French and English B2 is required.
