Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Workload Analytics and Dashboard Development Analyst Intern to join our Global Monitoring Team in Geneva. The role focuses on analyzing workload data, defining capacity indicators, and building a functional Power BI dashboard for workload allocation and forecasting.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s program with Power BI experience and English fluency, capable of working independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• 3 months or more of experience using Power BI.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data (daily timesheet, task assignments, etc.) and operational data to understand workload across Global Monitoring teams.
• Collaborate with Global Monitoring Leadership to define workload and capacity indicators.
• Develop a Power BI dashboard supporting workload allocation, capacity planning, and resource forecasting.
• Assess data quality and recommend improvements to workload-recording and reporting practices.
• Test and refine the dashboard with users across different levels.
• Document the solution and present outcomes to Global Monitoring Leadership.
