Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Develop digital tools to support client data delivery, information sharing, and operational reporting.
Gather user requirements and develop/test a bot prototype to automate data transfer to clients.
Create department-specific SharePoint sites and provide guidance.
Define metrics and develop a dashboard for workload visibility and performance monitoring.
Prepare technical documentation and user instructions; present outcomes and recommendations.
