IonQ, Inc. in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks a Distinguished Leader to drive the PQC hardware-acceleration programme, guiding end-to-end architecture from cryptographic algorithms to FPGA-based product architecture.

As the program’s senior technical authority, you will set direction across cryptography, hardware, software and security, mentor engineers, and engage with customers, standards bodies and labs. This role offers exposure to quantum-safe security, a fast-growing field, and a path to ASIC

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Cryptography or related field.
• Fifteen+ years of experience architecting complex digital security hardware with post-quantum depth.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end architecture and technical roadmap of a PQC hardware-acceleration product line (algorithms, microarchitecture, interfaces, and security/certification strategy).
• Act as the programme’s most senior technical authority: set direction across disciplines, mentor senior engineers, and represent the technology with customers, standards bodies and executives.
