You will code alongside your engineers, design and review solutions, productize the platform with documentation, SLOs and observability, and drive adoption while aligning with

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure teams while shipping code.
• Deep production-grade Apache Kafka knowledge and operations.
• Strong understanding of messaging semantics and secure file-transfer patterns.
• Solid platform engineering foundations and observability practices.
• Platform-as-a-product mindset with focus on adoption and developer experience.
• Experience migrating legacy systems in regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead a senior engineering team owning three integration lanes: event streaming, transactional messaging, and file transfer.
• Design, review and contribute code alongside engineers in a player-coach role.
• Productize the in-house platform with docs, SLOs and a clear roadmap.
• Provide self-service provisioning, onboarding templates and golden paths.
• Hardening current systems while planning for managed cloud services.
• Establish guardrails and decision framework for asynchronous integration.
• Foster a resilient, collaborative, T-shaped engineering culture.
