Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field, or apprenticeship with practical IT experience.
• 3+ years in Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk, or similar role.
• 1+ year experience with Linux, macOS, Windows, VMware and basic networking.
• Experience with Omnissa VMware and AWS administration is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of internal user issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues including account setup and network configuration.
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers) when needed.
