Job summary

University of Bern seeks a skilled researcher to investigate interactions of LSCs with NK and B cells. You will perform flow cytometry, cell sorting, co-culture and functional assays to analyze transcriptomic and multi-omics data, and validate findings in vitro as well as in preclinical mouse models.

You will present results and contribute to publications, working independently and collaboratively in a rigorous team.

Qualifications

• MSc in biological sciences, immunology, molecular biology, medicine or related field.
• Experience with cell culture, RT-qPCR and flow cytometry.
• Transcriptomics, R and mouse-model experience are advantages.
• Good English communication skills.
• Scientific curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
