Zusammenfassung

The Institute of Law and Economics (ILE-HSG) at Universität St.Gallen invites applications for a doctoral position within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Doctoral Network REGULAIRE. You will join an international cohort and work on AI governance, law and technology, with intersectoral secondments.

Responsibilities include analyzing regulatory portfolios, developing open datasets, and preparing your doctoral thesis under expert supervision, with opportunities for training and network-wide

Qualifikationen

: Master’s degree completed by start date.
: Experience with policy analysis and data handling.
: Ability to work in English and collaborate internationally.

Aufgaben

Analyse national AI regulatory portfolios and instrument mixes.
Develop openly available dataset, codebook, and LLM-assisted method.
Create regulatory sensing framework and guidance for learning capacities.
Refine research questions with supervision; prepare ethics and open-science materials; complete thesis.
Participate in MSC-DN REGULAIRE training, reviews, dissemination, and seminars.
