Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, seeks a Warehouse Operator to manage cold-storage and general warehouse tasks. You will perform picking, packing, goods receipt in SAP, and ensure timely export shipments while maintaining GMP and GDP standards.

You will collaborate with export planning, production, and other warehouses, operate forklifts, and participate in inventory cycles. Fluency in German and experience in pharma logistics are preferred; a forklift certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Education as logistics professional (EFZ) or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience in pharma or chemical logistics preferred.
• Good German language skills and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with export, planning, production and other warehouses to pick and ship orders.
• Put away and pick goods, mainly in the cold storage, and prepare export shipments.
• Process goods receipts in SAP and document shipments.
• Adhere to GMP/GDP, environmental, health, and safety rules.
• Operate forklifts and manage pallet handling equipment.
• Support inventory activities including cycle counts and stock checks.
• Follow work instructions and maintain clean rooms and facilities.
