Job summary

Cilag AG in Schaffhausen seeks a Warehouse Operator to manage cold-storage warehousing, order picking, and shipping tasks. You will work closely with planning, production, and export teams to ensure timely distribution of pharmaceutical products.

The role requires a logistics qualification or several years of warehouse experience, German proficiency, and SAP/MS Office familiarity. GMP/GDP knowledge is preferred, with opportunities to advance within a global pharma leader.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as logistics specialist EFZ or approx. 5 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• SAP and MS Office experience, GMP/GDP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with export, planning, production and other warehouses to pick production and customer orders.
• Receive and store goods, mainly in the cold storage, and prepare export shipments.
• Process goods receipts in SAP and prepare shipping orders.
• Ensure GMP/GDP/environment, health and safety rules are followed.
• Operate and maintain forklifts and pallet jacks, ensure proper handling of refrigerated goods.
