• Lead cross-functional teams to define production objectives and cascade targets.
• Upskill workforce to promote continuous learning and growth.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in the plant environment.
• Track production output against KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Review manufacturing issues and address risks to minimize disruptions.
• Drive cost-improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in strategic and international projects.
• Act as SME in health authority inspections and with global functions.
• Support Sr. Operations Manager as deputy for daily planning.
