Johnson & Johnson Innovation Cilag AG, Schaffhausen site, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator (m/w/d) or Chemikant to join our Synthetics Manufacturing API Production team. You will operate modern multi-purpose production plants, perform chemical processes and cleaning steps according to production documentation, and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental rules.

You should be able to learn new processes, work in rotating shifts on automatic and semi-automatic equipment, work well

Qualifikationen

• German language fluency required and daily use in a production environment.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts on automated and semi-automatic equipment.
• Team collaboration and willingness to learn and improve processes.
• Basic English for international context and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Operate modern multi-purpose production plants and perform chemical and cleaning processes per production documentation.
• Operate production equipment via process control system and ensure GMP, safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines.
• Record material bookings in SAP and support continuous process improvements.
