GI Life Sciences, a partner located in Visp, is seeking a Logistics Specialist for a temporary position. You will manage logistics and related administrative tasks to support inventory operations, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to GMP guidelines.

Key responsibilities include SAP-based goods issues, inventory checks, and collaboration with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams. Relevant logistics training and several years in pharma are required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in logistics or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements.
• Good knowledge of SAP (MM/WM modules).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Execute and monitor SAP processes (goods issues, material consumption, planning activities, etc.).
• Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
• Provide administrative support to the department (SAP).
• Ensure data reliability and compliance with internal procedures.
• Perform replenishment activities, inventory checks, and stock level controls.
• Provide support in resolving operational issues and occasional logistics challenges.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams.
