Zusammenfassung

Fischer Söhne AG in Switzerland is seeking an Injection Moulding Process Technician 100% (m/f/d) to support and optimise our injection moulding lines within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will operate and improve machines, qualify processes and collaborate with QA, Development and Maintenance teams.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical training as Plastics Technologist or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in injection moulding within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of injection moulding, tooling and process technology.
• Experience with setting up, starting up, optimising and sampling injection moulding processes (ENGEL and/or Netstal advantageous).
• Knowledge of GMP, cleanrooms and quality documentation is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Set up, start up and optimise injection moulding machines and peripheral equipment.
• Program and optimise handling devices and robotic systems.
• Perform sampling trials, process studies and start-ups.
• Monitor critical process parameters for stable manufacturing.
• Ensure high product quality in GMP-compliant environment.
• Provide technical support to production and collaborate with QA, Development and Maintenance.
• Train production personnel in machine operation and process understanding.
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects.
