We are looking to fill the following position immediately or by agreement:
Injection Moulding Process Technician 100 % (m/f/d) – Pharmaceutical Industry
Your Responsibilities
As a Plastic Process Technician, you will be responsible for the technical support, setup and optimisation of our injection moulding processes as well as the associated automation and packaging equipment within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Independently set up, start up and optimise injection moulding machines and related peripheral equipment
- Program and optimise handling devices, robotic systems and automated packaging equipment
- Perform sampling trials, process studies, validations and production start-ups
- Optimise and monitor key process parameters to ensure stable and repeatable manufacturing processes
- Ensure consistently high product quality in compliance with GMP, quality and hygiene requirements
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implement technical corrective actions
- Create and maintain process documentation, machine settings and work instructions
- Provide technical support to production and collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Development, Maintenance and Toolmaking
- Train and instruct production personnel in machine operation, process understanding and quality requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement, automation and lean manufacturing projects to enhance quality, efficiency and equipment availability
Your Profile
- Completed technical training as a Plastics Technologist, Process Technician or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in injection moulding, preferably in a technically demanding manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of injection moulding, tooling and process technology
- Experience in setting up, starting up, optimising and sampling injection moulding processes (experience with ENGEL and/or Netstal machines is an advantage)
- Knowledge of automation, robotics and automated manufacturing systems is an advantage
- Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology or healthcare is an advantage
- Knowledge of GMP requirements, cleanroom environments and quality-related documentation is an advantage
- Analytical and structured approach with strong technical problem-solving skills
- High level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
