Zusammenfassung

Fellowship Recruitment is seeking a payroll professional to support Swiss payroll and international payroll tasks. You will back up monthly payroll for non-Swiss entities and run monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

The role requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of Abacus payroll, and fluency in English and German. Collaboration with Finance and HR is a key part of the job, with attention to detail and self-motivation valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or KV required.
• Higher education in HR or social security preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll-related accounting skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Abacus payroll system; Workday or beqom is a plus.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, accurate and focused.
• Excellent English and German written and communication skills.
