Aufgaben

• Pastoral care and act in loco parentis to support students’ wellbeing and coordinate with Counselling and Health Centre.
• Monitor academic progress and liaise with teachers to support students.
• Foster community leadership and promote a positive house culture among boarders.
• Participate in student activities and lead by example.
• Oversee daily logistics including dining supervision, weekend activities, and occasional transport of students.
• Maintain regular communication with parents about well‑being and progress.
• Respond to crises and maintenance issues using established protocols; manage administrative duties efficiently.
• Model empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity with a diverse student body.
