We expect a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in allocation or merchandising support, plus strong numerical skills and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). German/French/English language ability is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in allocation, replenishment, or merchandising support.
• Experience with Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics in a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail with good organization and prioritization.
• German, French and/or English language proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Execute store allocations for new season launches and promotions.
• Manage replenishment logic based on sales rates, capacity, and size profiles.
• Maintain and update distribution parameters (min/max, cluster rules, templates).
• Monitor store stock levels and identify over/under-stock situations.
• Recommend and execute stock transfers, consolidations, and rebalancing.
• Inform Buyers and Planners on allocation constraints and opportunities.
• Track performance at store and SKU level.
• Provide stores with updates on deliveries and product availability.
• Capture store feedback on product opportunity or gaps.
• Maintain allocation workflows within the merchandising system.
• Ensure accuracy of store clusters, size curves, and stock parameters.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on delivery timings and readiness.
