A leading language institution in Zurich is searching for a proactive and organized Assistant Head Teacher to support academic operations. This part-time role (16.8 hours weekly) includes managing teaching materials, coordinating staff, and providing operational support. Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 3-4 years of practical classroom experience post-certification.
• Proven experience in academic coordination or a senior teacher role.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational support to Head Teacher and manage academic tasks.
• Review weekly course feedback and highlight actionable insights.
• Create first drafts of teaching materials based on Head Teacher’s specifications.
• Maintain the digital resource library and ensure easy access to teaching materials.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 level)

Ausbildung

CELTA (or equivalent accredited certificate)
