Zusammenfassung

EF Education First in Zurich is seeking a Paid Social Creative Specialist to design high-impact paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and more. You will blend creative work with data-driven insights to drive CTR and ROAS, working within the Paid Media Team.

You’ll produce static, motion and short-form video assets using Figma, Photoshop and After Effects, scale Creative output with Smartly Creative Suite, and ensure EF brand consistency across markets while collaborating with media

Qualifikationen

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media design and performance marketing.
• Strong portfolio of performance-driven ads and short-form social creative.
• Hands on experience with Smartly Creative Suite (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Ability to produce and iterate creatives quickly with high velocity.
• Strong understanding of platform best practices across Meta, TikTok, and others.
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

As a Paid Social Creative Specialist you will create high impact paid social ads for channels like Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This role blends the creative and the data-driven aspects of marketing, ideal for someone who loves designing thumb stopping assets that convert.

You’ll play a key role in scaling EF’s global paid social creative output, using tools like Smartly Creative Suite, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud to produce ads at high velocity. Experience in education, travel, or youth focused brands is a plus.
This role will sit within our Paid Media Team, Performance Marketing and work closely with our Social Media and Creative Studio teams.

What you’ll do

• Design high performing paid social ads for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other performance channels.
• Produce creative variations at scale using Smartly Creative Feeds and dynamic templating workflows or similar tools.
• Collaborate with our media buyers, performance marketers, and creative strategists to align ads with testing roadmaps and audience insights.
• Develop static, motion, and short form video assets using Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Continuously optimize creatives based on performance data to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Participate in creative ideation for new campaigns, concepts, and social storytelling formats.
• Maintain EF brand consistency across all international markets.

What we’re looking for

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media design, ideally in performance marketing or paid social environments.
• Strong portfolio of performance driven ads and short form social creative.
• Hands on experience with Smartly Creative Suite (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Ability to produce and iterate creatives quickly — high velocity, high volume.
• Strong understanding of platform best practices across Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
• English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
• Understanding of data driven creative optimization.

Nice-to-have experience

• Experience in education, travel, or youth brands.
• Experience in global consumer products.
• Experience working with cross regional teams and/or global markets.
• Familiarity with motion graphics for paid social performance.
