Job summary

Scintilla AG is seeking a Purchasing Project Buyer focusing on the Packaging commodity to drive Time to Market, Change Requests and serial product sourcing. You will interface with packaging suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure smooth sourcing from inquiry to implementation.

You will manage cost-saving initiatives, maintain SAP data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supplier strategy with global objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in purchasing, business administration, packaging engineering or project management.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking with a proactive hands-on approach.
• Very good SAP and MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging projects within the packaging commodity with focus on cost reduction and optimization.
• Prepare sourcing plans, evaluate quotations, and draft strategic sourcing proposals.
• Directly engage packaging suppliers and manage RFQ processes and data handling.
