Zusammenfassung

Scintilla AG is seeking a Purchasing Project Buyer for packaging, leading cost-optimization in the packaging commodity and coordinating with suppliers, engineering and manufacturing teams.

You will manage sourcing, RFQs, and ensure compliance, while keeping SAP data up to date and driving cross-functional cost-saving initiatives. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and fluency in German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Degree or recent graduation in purchasing, business administration, packaging engineer or project management.
• Strong SAP and MS Office skills.
• Excellent German and English written and spoken skills.
• Analytical mindset and commercial/technical understanding.

Aufgaben

• Lead packaging projects focusing on cost reduction and optimization.
• Manage sourcing and quotes, ensure compliance and draft sourcing proposals.
• Direct supplier contact and RFQ processes with packaging suppliers.
• Maintain purchasing and material data in SAP and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Purchasing colleagues to align with global supplier strategy.
• Foster daily collaboration with packaging engineers and Bosch plants.
