Transa Backpacking AG is seeking a Sales Advisor for Sleeping & Packing at our Zurich Europaallee branch. This 60–80% part-time role suits outdoor enthusiasts with a passion for sleeping and packing gear, a customer-focused mindset, and flexibility including Saturdays.

You will advise customers on our extensive sleeping and packing products, help maintain the sales area, and support goods flow. We value teamwork, reliability, and a curious spirit in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Training as a retail specialist EFZ or substantial practical experience in sleeping & packing.
• Good listening to customers in Zurich and strong service mindset.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to change.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays.
• Comfort with computers and shop tools and product knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Advising customers in Zurich on sleeping & packing products and related gear.
• Presenting our extensive range and sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Discussing topics and exchanging know-how within the team.
• Helping design and maintain the sales area for a strong appearance.
• Assisting with goods flow and stock management.
