Transa Backpacking AG is seeking a Sales Advisor Clothing & Kids for Zurich. The role combines customer-facing sales with product knowledge across outdoor clothing and kids wear. Flexible hours include Saturdays, in a setting that values enthusiasm and teamwork.

The position offers a 40-hour week with potential for part-time arrangements and various benefits in a strong outdoor brand. Training and product knowledge development are encouraged as part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of outdoor/functional clothing and kids products is helpful.
• Outdoor lifestyle enthusiasm is valued.
• Interest in fabrics and technical garment details is desirable.
• Ability to engage with customers in Zurich.
• Flexible availability including Saturdays.
• Reliable and enthusiastic approach.

• Advise customers on planned adventures and clothing needs.
• Maintain and design the sales area and merch layout.

For our clothing team at the Zurich Europaallee branch, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Sales Advisor Clothing & Kids 50 - 80 % position available immediately or by arrangement. Depending on availability and interest, a permanent position or a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2026 is possible.
