Job summary

BioTalent is seeking an OT Integration Delivery Lead to drive the integration of manufacturing systems into a next-generation Operations Data Hub within a GMP environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and build scalable integration architectures using Ignition, PI Historian, MQTT/HiveMQ.

This role demands strong expertise in ISA-88/95, OPC UA, and regulated manufacturing standards, with a track record of delivering OT integrations in pharma/biotech settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering OT integration projects within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with AVEVA PI Historian, Ignition, MQTT / HiveMQ, OPC UA.
• Deep understanding of ISA-88 and ISA-95 architectures.
• Experience working within GMP, CSV, CSA and Data Integrity frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead vendors, system integrators and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of OT integrations across manufacturing systems and digital platforms.
• Design, configure and deploy integrations involving DeltaV, Syncade MES, PI Historian and plant-side LIMS connectivity.
• Develop scalable and supportable integration architectures using Ignition, MQTT, HiveMQ and modern industrial data technologies.
• Own source-to-target mappings and ensure manufacturing data is transformed into enterprise information models.
• Partner with automation, IT, vendors and SI teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Define reusable OT integration standards and deployment patterns for future rollouts.
• Support qualification, validation and operational readiness activities within GMP.

This position will lead the integration of critical manufacturing systems into a next-generation Operations Data Hub, helping shape the future of data-driven manufacturing across a complex GMP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of OT integrations across manufacturing systems and digital platforms.
