Job summary

Proclinical seeks an OT Integration Delivery Lead to guide the integration of OT systems within a highly regulated production environment. • Experience delivering production-grade integrations across automation, MES, historian, and data platforms.
• Strong understanding of DCS, MES and historian environments (DeltaV, Syncade, PI).
• Expertise in industrial data platforms (Ignition, MQTT, HiveMQ) and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of ISA‑88/ISA‑95 standards and OT‑IT boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of OT integrations for ODH Phase 1.
• Deliver integrations for DeltaV, Syncade MES, PI Historian, and LIMS connectivity.
• Oversee OT operational applications and plant-side visualization within project scope.
• Coordinate resources and vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Configure OT platforms including Ignition, HiveMQ connectors, gateways, and services.
• Define mappings, interfaces, and transformations for manufacturing data.
• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of integration deliverables.
• Develop source-to-target mappings ensuring semantic accuracy and traceability.
• Collaborate with vendors to establish supported integration paths.
• Conduct network assessments of interfaces and connectivity.
• Establish reusable integration patterns and provide rollout estimates.
• Align practices with DevSecOps, change control, and lifecycle management.
• Support qualification, validation, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage technical scope, deliverables, and partner performance.

Proclinical is seeking an OT Integration Delivery Lead to oversee the integration and operational application scope of a key Operations Data Hub (ODH) project. This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable manufacturing system integrations, including DeltaV, Syncade MES, PI Historian, and LIMS. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration, alignment with architecture standards, and successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of OT integrations for ODH Phase 1.
• Deliver integrations for systems such as DeltaV, Syncade MES, PI Historian, and LIMS connectivity.
• Oversee OT operational applications and plant‑side visualization capabilities within the approved project scope.
• Coordinate resources, external partners, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Configure and develop OT platforms, including Ignition, HiveMQ connectors, gateways, and related services.
• Define and implement message structures, mappings, interfaces, and transformations.
• Ensure integration deliverables meet scalability, security, and maintainability standards.
• Develop source‑to‑target mappings for manufacturing data, ensuring semantic accuracy and traceability.
• Collaborate with vendors to establish supported integration paths and avoid unsupported configurations.
• Conduct network assessments to evaluate existing interfaces, connectivity, and integration maturity.
• Establish reusable integration patterns and provide estimates for future rollout planning.
• Align integration practices with DevSecOps, change control, and lifecycle management standards.
• Support qualification, validation, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage technical scopes, deliverables, and partner performance to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering production‑grade integrations across automation, MES, historian, and manufacturing‑data platforms.
• Strong understanding of DCS, MES, and historian environments, preferably including DeltaV, Syncade, and AVEVA PI.
• Expertise in industrial data platforms such as Ignition, MQTT, HiveMQ, and event‑driven architectures.
• Knowledge of digital manufacturing architectures, ISA‑88/ISA‑95 standards, and OT‑IT boundaries.
• Ability to implement mappings for manufacturing data, including batches, materials, equipment, and quality information.
• Experience with APIs, message models, version control, and reusable software‑configuration patterns.
• Familiarity with automated deployments, regression testing, and secure development practices in OT environments.
• Understanding of GMP, CSV‑CSA, and data integrity requirements in regulated manufacturing.
• Strong vendor and partner management skills, with the ability to define clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Capability to design integrations with robust monitoring, diagnostics, and lifecycle support.
