Job summary

WinGD is seeking a Cyber Security Expert - OT Systems (m/f/d) to strengthen cybersecurity for large two-stroke engine control systems in Winterthur. You will define architecture, standards, and guidelines in collaboration with engineering teams.

You will monitor regulations, derive requirements from legislation and product strategy, develop and test cybersecurity solutions, and act as the main contact for OT cyber resilience. Fluent English is required; German is advantageous.

Qualifications

MSc (or proven similar) in Computer Science, Automation & Control, or equivalent.
Deep knowledge of cyber security standards and OT methods.
Proven knowledge in Software Architecture and development processes.
Experience in Automation and Control.
Very fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Monitor Cybersecurity Regulations and Trends relevant for WinGD's products.
Derive Cybersecurity Requirements from Legislation, Class Rules and Product Strategy.
Develop the Cybersecurity Architecture for future products while maintaining compatibility with existing architecture.
Develop Strategy and Guidelines for Cybersecurity Audits, Documentation and Training.
Develop and test Cybersecurity Solutions for future products according to the V-cycle in a dynamic team.
Be the point of contact for OT cyber resilience of engine control systems.
Advise product strategy regarding cybersecurity implications.
