Job summary

TalentCloud Group is hiring a senior cyber security leader for a global consulting client. You will lead global delivery teams on large-scale cyber security transformations and advise on OT security, IAM, and supply chain security.

You will help clients navigate IT-OT convergence, define target operating models, and build strategic, long-term relationships with clients and key vendors. A track record in business development and leading diverse teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing, pharma or industrial environments.
• Strong background in OT security, cyber strategy, IAM, or vulnerability management.
• Proven business development or strategic account management experience.
• Experience leading diverse, multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of IEC-62443/ISA-99, NIST CSF; CISSP or GICSP is a plus.
• Degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or CS.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading global delivery teams on large-scale cyber security transformation projects
• Advising clients on OT security, IAM, supply chain security, and managed services transformation
• Helping clients navigate IT-OT convergence and define their target operating models
• Building strategic, long-term relationships with clients and key vendors
• Spotting new business opportunities and helping grow the cyber practice
• Growing and developing a high-performing, multicultural team

What you'll bring:

• 10+ years' experience within manufacturing, pharma, or industrial environments
• Strong background in one or more of: OT security, cyber strategy, IAM, vulnerability management, incident response, or supply chain security
• Proven experience in business development or strategic account management
• A track record of leading diverse, multicultural teams
• Knowledge of relevant frameworks (IEC-62443/ISA-99, NIST CSF) and certifications (CISSP, GICSP etc.) is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Fluent English; German or French is an advantage
