B-Hive Switzerland is seeking an Organic Chemistry Technician to join a major Basel-area project in the chemical sector. You will drive discovery-to-development work, design and execute synthetic routes, and ensure safety and documentation standards across experiments.

The role requires a Master’s degree or 3–5 years industrial experience in synthetic chemistry, with strong expertise in synthesis design, retrosynthesis, and data analysis.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or 3–5 years of industrial experience in synthetic chemistry.
• Strong expertise in synthetic organic chemistry including reaction design, retrosynthesis, troubleshooting, purification, and structural elucidation with HSE standards.
• Skilled in using software tools for synthesis design and data analysis.
• Proficiency in English required, additional languages appreciated.
