Zusammenfassung

Optotune is seeking an R&D Technician to support our development team in measurements, testing, quality control, and analysis of products and processes. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to drive reliability and performance improvements.

Qualifikationen

Technician training in optics/electronics/optoelectronics or mechatronics.
Experience with manufacturing processes such as soldering, gluing, mechanical fabrication is a plus.
Good technical understanding and spatial awareness.
Independent, structured way of working in a dynamic environment.
Accurate work in measuring, evaluating and reporting in project structures.
Good command of English and German.

Aufgaben

R&D assistance in the process flow from prototype manufacturing to start of series production.
Operate and maintain measurement and inspection equipment; conduct incoming/outgoing inspection.
Plan and execute reliability test campaigns.
Data preparation, test documentation and report generation with stakeholders.
Contribute to failure analysis and root cause investigations.
Collaborate closely with project managers, product development engineers, and process development engineers.
