Randstad Switzerland is supporting an international pharmaceutical company based in Lucerne in its search for a Biotech Production Operator on a 1-year contract. The role is 100% onsite, with GMP and GDocP compliance as core requirements.

You will perform routine operator activities in W&D and solution supply, assist with single-use systems, support equipment setup, calibration, and document batch records with strict ALCOA+ principles.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years GMP manufacturing experience (biotech/pharma preferred).
• Hands-on experience with biotech equipment (single-use and stainless steel).
• Experience working in cleanroom environments.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine operator activities within the Weigh & Dispense (W&D) and Solution Supply Areas, in strict adherence to GMP and GDocP requirements.
• Perform routine operational support activities within USP and DSP manufacturing areas.
• Execute sampling activities in accordance with approved sampling plans, SOPs, and batch records.
• Support equipment setup, preparation, and line clearance.
• Assist with assembly and disassembly of single-use systems and process equipment.
• Support equipment cleaning activities and ensure manufacturing room readiness.
• Perform and support washer and autoclave activities in compliance with validated cycles and procedures.
• Support calibration and routine maintenance activities, material staging, transfers, inspection, and inventory checks.
• Accurately complete GMP documentation (batch records, logbooks, electronic systems).
• Identify and elevate deviations, safety observations, and abnormal situations.
• Support audits, inspections, and internal walkthroughs as required.

• Contract type: temporary contract via Randstad (employment)
• Home office: not possible, 100% onsite

Your Profile:

• Technical or scientific vocational training (e.g., Biotechnology, Chemistry, Lab Technician)
• Minimum 3 years GMP manufacturing experience (biotech/pharma preferred)
• Strong understanding of GDP and ALCOA+ principles
• High attention to detail and compliance mindset
• Experience working in cleanroom environments
• Hands-on experience with biotech equipment (single-use and stainless steel)
• Experience with sampling, material handling, and GMP documentation
• Fluent in German and English
