Job summary

Finders SA, a distinguished Swiss bank, seeks an in-house Operational Risk professional to strengthen the 2nd line of defense. In this role you will contribute to maintaining the bank's risk framework and ensure alignment with FINMA requirements.

You will review the Risk and Control Self-Assessment, test controls, collaborate with stakeholders across three lines of defense, and support regulatory risk reviews.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Around 5 years of practical experience in Operational Risk, Internal Audit or a Control function.
• Experience with operational risk management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and contribute to the development of the operational risk framework.
• Review and challenge the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the three lines of defense.
• Perform testing of controls and follow up on findings.
• Contribute to relevant operational risk reviews and assessments.
• Support the Bank in meeting its regulatory and operational risk requirements.
