• Universität oder gleichwertiger Abschluss in Information Systems oder Industrial Engineering.
• Erfahrung im Risikomanagement von Prozessen bzw. als IT-Auditor in einer Bank (CISA).
• Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Umgebung (MS SQL Server, Excel, T-SQL).
• Erfahrung in der Analyse und technischen Umsetzung von Workflows.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke.
• Gute Teamfähigkeit und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Anwendungen im Kontext des OpRisk.
• Überwachung interner und externer OpRisk-Vorfälle und Sicherstellung der regelmäßigen Berichterstattung.
• Daten- und Prozesskontrollen; monatliche Konsolidierung von Key Risk Indicators.
• Verantwortlich für Datenmodellierung sowie Implementierung neuer Reporting-Anforderungen.
• Strukturierung und Gestaltung von Workflows; regelmäßiger Kontakt mit Stakeholdern weltweit.
• Durchführung des jährlichen OpRisk-Selbstassessments und Organisation von Workshops.

Aufgaben

Support the development and optimization of processes and applications in the context of operational risk management / Monitoring internal and external OpRisk incidents and assuring the periodic reporting / Controlling data and processes / Monthly consolidation of Key Risk Indicators / Responsible for data modeling as well as in the implementation of new reporting requirements / Structuring and designing workflows / Regular contact and coordination with internal and external stakeholders / Doing annual OpRisk Self-Assessment / Assisting in the organization of workshops with the Division and Business units as well as the Foreign Entities / Business Continuity related tasks / Other ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifikation

University degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering / Experience in risk management of processes as an IT auditor in a bank (CISA) / Knowledge of Microsoft environment, e.g. MS SQL Server, Excel, T-SQL / Experience in analysis and technical implementation of workflows / Analytical skills / Ability to communicate, liaise and collaborate with other departments / Strong organizational skills / Curious and challenging mindset / Strong team player, self-motivated and with the ability to collaborate with other departments in multiple locations worldwide / Fluent in German and English.
