ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse in Grenchen is seeking a Machine Operator TDA to operate and set up pad printing machines on site, printing dials and watch components.

You will monitor production, perform quality checks, and ensure maintenance and cleaning of equipment while adhering to guidelines. Training of new staff and strong German (French advantageous) skills are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as a machine operator, printing technologist or comparable technical education.
• Alternatively, several years of professional experience as a machine operator in an industrial production environment.
• Good knowledge of handling colours, varnishes and solvents.
• High quality awareness as well as careful and precise working methods.
• Team-oriented, reliable and independent personality.
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation).
• Very good German skills; French is an advantage.
