Jobup is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator Finishing (m/f/d) for a 100% position in Switzerland. You will operate a finishing machine in a modern production, handle setup, monitoring, and minor repairs, and ensure smooth 4-shift operations.

We value a completed apprenticeship in a related trade, willingness to work shifts, and basic German language skills (B1). You will contribute to documentation and material readiness, enjoying an international environment and opportunities for development.

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship in a relevant manufacturing trade or extensive experience with process engineering plants/machines.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor finishing machines, perform setup and adjustments.
• Record production data and key figures.
• Handle general admin and documentation tasks.
• Ensure tools and raw materials are available.
• Assist with cleaning around production equipment.
• Participate in information meetings and discussions.
• Support additional tasks in operations as needed.

Would you like to contribute in a modern and efficient production environment? For our production, we are looking for a committed individual as a machine operator in finishing, who contributes to a smooth production process in a 4-shift system.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Operating a machine or system in industrial manufacturing, including setup and monitoring tasks as well as adjustment work. Performing minor repairs and maintenance work
• Participation in information meetings and discussions
• Recording department-relevant key figures and production data
• General administrative and documentation tasks
• Ensuring the required tools and raw materials
• Assisting with cleaning tasks on and around the production equipment
• Assisting with other reasonable tasks in the operations area as needed

You bring with you:

• Completed apprenticeship, e.g. as a plant operator, packaging technologist, polymechanic, automotive mechanic or similar. Alternatively, extensive experience with process engineering plants/machines is also suitable
• Practical experience with industrial machines and systems is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts
• Resilient, reliable and responsible personality
• German language skills: at least B1
