You will operate machines, perform setup and monitoring, maintain records, and ensure tools and materials are available. The role demands a completed apprenticeship and willingness to work shifts; German language skills at least B1 are required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship or substantial process-plant experience.
• Practical experience with industrial machines and systems is advantageous.

• Resilient, reliable and responsible personality.
• German language skills at least B1.

Aufgaben

• Operate machines or systems in industrial manufacturing, including setup, monitoring, and minor repairs.
• Participate in information meetings and discussions.
• Record department KPIs and production data.
• Handle general administrative and documentation tasks.
• Ensure tools and raw materials are available and assist with cleaning around equipment.
• Support other tasks in the operations area as needed.
