Reboot Monkey is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Yverdon-les-Bains, CH. You will support mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities, performing installations, racking, and connectivity work.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of data center or IT infra experience, strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, fiber), server hardware knowledge, and pro communication in English.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years data center or IT infra experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber).
• Familiarity with major colocation providers preferred.
• Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or similar) preferred.
• Network certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) preferred.
• Professional communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
