The SWATCH Group seeks an Integration Manager to oversee OVR integration within the ITL and to support OBS integration at OBS HQ. The role serves as the single point of contact for external partners and partners in ITL during the LA 2028 cycle.

You will plan ITL activities, supervise readiness across testing milestones, manage changes and defects, and coordinate requirements from OBS, IOC and OC, with data download and integration testing in scope.

• Oversee OVR integration activities within ITL.
• Serve as primary representative of OMEGA in ITL during LA 2028 cycle.
• Coordinate requirements from OBS, IOC and OC.
• Plan ITL activities and report on software readiness against milestones.
• Support OBS integration at OBS HQ in later project phase.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary OMEGA representative in ITL for LA 2028.
• Supervise ITL activities and report software readiness at key milestones (Homologation Testing, UVT, UAT, TEVs, PRIS).
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain responsibility for all ITL activities related to venue results systems.
• Analyze and implement ORIS framework requirements.
• Review OBS requirements related to TV graphics integration.
• Coordinate requirements from OBS, IOC and OC.
• Support initial data download and integration tests.
• Manage OVR change requests and defects per internal processes.
• Provide regular status reporting on ITL testing progress.
• Develop sport-specific operational procedures for results services delivery.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, policies and procedures before/during Games.
