Job summary

Olympic Capital seeks a Games Finance Management professional to coordinate budgeting, financial planning and dissolution-phase activities for Olympic and Youth Olympic Games projects based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

You will support the Senior Manager and the wider Commercial and Games Finance team, manage planning tools (Excel/SharePoint), and liaise with IOC and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and timely financial reconciliation across the game lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in business/finance.
• Experience in financial planning and budgeting for large programs.
• Experience in project management and Smartsheet.
• Excellent command of MS Office tools – Excel.
• Good command of SharePoint.
• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience in multi-sport mega-events is advantageous.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor financial management activities for Olympic Games projects.
• Develop and maintain financial reports to support decision-making.
• Support budgeting processes and financial administration for units and contracts.
• Lead project management tasks and develop templates/tools for project efficiency.
• Collaborate with IOC Finance teams and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of operations.
