Zusammenfassung

Red Bull Switzerland is seeking an Off Premise Sales Graduate for an 18-month program starting July 2027. You will work across Category Management, Insights, Trade Marketing and KAM to drive assortment strategy and digital shelf initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience across shopper insights, digital activations and retailer online channels while collaborating with marketing and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's in business administration, marketing, eCommerce or related field.
• Strong academic record throughout the studies.
• Initial practical experience in Sales, FMCG, Category Management, Trade Marketing or eCommerce is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Analyze market, customer, shopper and category data to identify growth opportunities and provide clear recommendations.
• Support the Key Account Management team with customer analyses, assortment reviews and commercial opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards and scorecards covering KPIs such as sales, visibility and promotions.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Category Management on eCommerce promotions and digital activations.
