Job summary

Expeditors is seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our Seafreight team in Kloten/Zürich. You will independently manage ocean freight shipments, provide customer support to ensure top service quality, and coordinate with partners globally to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires at least 2 years of ocean freight experience, a completed commercial apprenticeship, and fluent English with German proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage ocean freight shipments (bookings, pickups, etc.).

• Design and implement customized processes (SOPs) to achieve agreed KPIs and optimize process quality.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage ocean freight shipments (bookings, pickups, etc.)

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the freight forwarding/logistics industry

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in ocean freight

• Structured, quality-oriented working approach

• Strong customer focus and team-working skills

• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)

Fluent German language is a must
